Cancelling Pro
Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Your account on the website, or email us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move back to the free plan. Your stash stays.
You can also buy one month of Pro, paid once. It doesn't renew, so there's no AutoPay or mandate to approve and nothing to cancel: Pro ends after the month unless you add another, which starts when the current one ends.
Refunds
We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, email us and we'll refund the extra charge.
How to ask
Email theguguuuu@gmail.com from the email on your receipt, or include your Instagram username. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to arrive depends on your bank.
Who charges you
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply. Your receipt comes from them.
